I mainly use the flat one cause it’s easier to handle. There is a little card with directions that I used a few times and now it’s easy to remember. Seems to work well and feels nice.

This item is easy to use, if its to frozen to open all you do is run some warm water on it, twist and turn and it opens hope this helps. By the way make sure that when you’re filling it up clean the left over water thats on the silicone it might freeze up all over!!
